Then surely someone can start a lawsuit against the US Administrations that terrorised / attacked civilians / violated the laws of war etc against - let's see: Korea Vietnam Panama Nicaragua Grenada Iraq I know, I've left quite a few countries out, and many of the US perpetrators are dead now, but why did no-one pursue these criminals at the time, or did they? It is evident that "Holocaust" or "Terrorism" is not something that the nice, homely US leaders indulge in. No, it is known then as "Pre-emptive defence". Sounds much better doesn't it!
