The establishment of an International Citizen’s 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal is justified, given that official institutions in the US have failed to assign legal accountability for the False Flag Operation of 9/11. Representative John Conyers, Jr., Chairman of the US House of Representatives Judiciary Committee and his senior staff personally reviewed the 9/11 Independent Prosecutor Act and Congressional Memorandum following the 2006 US Mid-term Election and Senior Staff met twice with representatives of the 9/11 Independent Prosecutor Act. The Chairman refused to introduce the Act, despite support for the Act by his Senior Staff.
