It is certainly a disgrace for the mayor to have turned down the radios that would have help on 9-11, but Giuliani's real crime is that he failed in bringing criminal charges aginst Bush and Chaney. As a former prosecutor, it would have been an easy and obvious case. There is also the issue of all of the put options on American and United Stock. Anyone think as a former U.S. Attorney he didn't have the connections to make someone at the Justice Dept actually do their job? Give me a break. And what can I say about all of the explosives in the WTC buildings. I thought you needed a permit to demo a building? It takes planning and a lot of experience to bring down close to 2 million cubic yards of concrete. Silverstine should have been prosecuted for wreckless endangerment at the very least. Negligent homicide would be a better charge. On the ballance, it looks like Giuliani is involved and had prior knowledge. The fact that he killed the radios makes it look even worse. However, he clearly has no intention of looking at the real terrorists. That's a crime even in New York.
